Ace Control Systems AB is a consultancy firm focused on the development of software in embedded systems where control theory and signal processing are the core elements.

Our customers are world-leading, high-tech companies. By helping them with what we are good at, we hope to contribute to a better world.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Software development is included as one of the main components in all of our projects. We master all phases of a software development project, from specification and initial design through the implementation phase and testing until the final “complete” product and the maintenance of it.

Most, we work on the embedded side in various microprocessors or FPGAs, but we also have many years of experience in software development on the PC side.

CONVERTER CONTROL

We have extensive experience and deep knowledge in the field of converter control. This is a unique competence that is rarely found in other consultancy firms. We have worked with the control of:
  • Three-phase inverter for controlling PM and IM motors.
  • Three-phase regenerative mains converter.
  • Battery charger (step-up chopper).

HIL TESTING

Hardware In the Loop (HIL) testing is a fantastic way to ensure the quality of your product before it is released to your customers.

Our offer to you is, simply put, “HIL-testing from wheat to loaf”. We offer you a low threshold into the HIL-world since:
  • We have purchased our own HIL-simulator, with associated software, from dSpace and can build your HIL-testbench around it.
  • We have gathered our experiences of HIL-testing in an extensive framework of models, software, mechanics and electronics. Using this framework we can develop a HIL-testbench for a new customer in a very short time
  • We provide personnel for the development of the testbench and, if needed, also with the development of test scripts for automated regression testing.
